Some of the greatest athletes in the world come from the sport of MMA and at the PRO MAI Academy we open up the training methods and fitness regimes to everybody so that anyone can benefit from the amazing strength and conditioning that MMA provides. We call these classes ULTIMATE FITNESS classes because that’s exactly what you get – the ultimate combat based workout that will help you take your fitness to the next level.
Unlike our other MMA classes with the ULTIMATE FITNESS classes there’s no sparring or contact to worry about so the classes are accessible to men and women, young and old regardless of natural athletic ability or previous experience. What you can expect is a high energy class with a great soundtrack and a very friendly atmosphere, where everyone pushes each other to get the biggest possible gains from their training.
Every exercise and drill that we do is designed to really optimise an aspect of your health and well-being – strength, stamina, mobility, co-ordination, explosive movement and more. You can also expect to come out of one of our classes feeling more calm, confident and positive as we place a lot of emphasis on building your mental strength as well as your physical attributes.
