New Training Schedule Starts In February

From February there will be some changes to the class schedule for the Feltham PRO MAI MMA class. Thursday will now be extended from 7:00 – 9:30pm. This will be split into two halves, the first half will be ‘MMA Basics’ and the second half will be ‘MMA Drills and Sparring’.

From 7:00 – 8:15 we’ll be going through all the core striking, clinching and groundwork skills from beginner levels 1-3 and more. This will primarily be aimed at anyone with less than a years experience but should hopefully still serve as a great opportunity for more senior students to tidy up on their base techniques and understanding – all levels are welcome.

From 8:15 – 9:30 we’ll go straight into drills and sparring with less focus on individual techniques, this class will be open to all levels and will cover all aspects. This also gives beginners the opportunity to finish their training at 8:15 and work towards the longer training session over time.

The Monday sessions will continue to be at the same time from 7:00 – 8:30pm, for these sessions we’ll rotate the skills in a similar fashion to how we do currently. This should mean that for those students that can only train once a week they should still get a good all round training regime regardless of whether they attend Monday or Thursday.

For the rest of January the Feltham training sessions will continue on the existing schedule.
